His research topic is “GIS Based Stochastic Modeling of Physical Accessibility, A Case Study of Medical Emergency Service Accessibility in Eskisehir, Turkey.” His research focuses on the development of a new stochastic approach for physical accessibility modeling by using GPS based floating car data and Monte Carlo simulations technique. He aims to improve GIS based accessibility modeling by increasing the accuracy and the reliability of the accessibility results and providing better reality and decision support for the decision makers working on accessibility measurement and evaluation area. His research interests are GIS Technologies, Transportation Planning and Physical Accessibility Modeling.
